Introduction & Applicability

dgd33 operates an entertainment-based online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and dgd33.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating or operating more than one account for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended or closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation. If your details change, please notify our support team promptly.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You should not share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

dgd33 currently accepts deposits through three methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be credited to your account.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Your account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing. If verification is not complete, your withdrawal request may be put on hold.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

If any unusual transaction or suspicion of fraud arises, dgd33 reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal request and conduct a necessary investigation. During the investigation, the account may be temporarily restricted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the total balance. The required wagering is 15 times (15x).

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = you must place ৳15,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Your account must be fully verified to claim a bonus.
• dgd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• In case of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.

Gaming Rules & Policies

5.1 Fair Play Rules

All games on the dgd33 platform are conducted on the basis of fairness and fair play. Each game has its own rules, and it is every player's responsibility to become familiar with those rules before playing.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dgd33 platform:

• Using another user's account or colluding with others to gain an unfair advantage.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game's outcome is affected by server disruption, software error, or any other technical issue, dgd33 reserves the right to void or correct the result of that game. No compensation will be provided in such circumstances.

Account Suspension & Closure

dgd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• Being identified as underage.
• Instructions from authorities or legal obligations.

If an account is closed and there is a valid balance with no proven violation, that amount will be returned.

Personal Data & Privacy
